Hartenberg Holding, through its subsidiary Avia Prime, has successfully completed the sale of JAT Tehnika, one of the leading aircraft maintenance and repair providers in the region.

The transaction marks the successful completion of a demanding and transformational chapter for the shareholder group and the company.
